1. Two Kinds of Payments

PayWallPage handles money in two separate ways:

Creator sales: buyers pay the creator's Stripe account directly. The creator is the merchant of record. PayWallPage does not take a cut of those sales
Pro subscriptions: $18/mo billed by PayWallPage through Stripe for platform features

2. Creator Sales (Buyer Purchases)

Digital content sales are generally final once access is delivered. Refunds for creator sales are decided and processed by the creator through their Stripe account. Contact the creator first for access issues or refund requests.

Creators should consider refunds when:

Technical issues prevent access to purchased content
The product was materially misrepresented
There was a duplicate charge
The charge was unauthorized

PayWallPage may help route a support request, but we cannot force a creator refund or reverse a payout on the creator's Stripe account.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your dashboard
You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled

4. How to Request Help

For Pro billing issues, email paywallpage@hankified.com with:

Account email
Stripe receipt or invoice ID if available
Description of the issue

For creator-sale refunds, contact the creator who sold the content. Include your receipt and the paywall URL.

5. Processing Time

Approved Stripe refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the buyer's bank. Pro billing reviews are usually completed within 5–7 business days.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Accurate product descriptions
Delivering content as described
Resolving buyer access issues promptly
Handling refunds and Stripe disputes for your own sales

7. Chargebacks

Chargebacks on creator sales are handled in the creator's Stripe account. Excessive chargebacks or fraud may lead to account suspension on PayWallPage. Chargebacks on Pro subscriptions should be avoided. Contact us first so we can resolve billing issues directly.
